International Women's Day Celebration

To celebrate 100 years of International Women’s Day, join us on Friday 11th March for a celebration of East Lothian women! At Longniddry Community Centre between 7-9pm, you can meet Catherine Blair, a renowned Suffragette supporter, founder of the WRI in Scotland and creator of Mak’Merry Pottery as storytellers bring her to life. Julie Orford from National Museums Scotland will also be revealing the stories of women working at RAF bases in East Lothian during WW2.
